Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact us through our Contact & Returns page and include your order number.

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever reasonably possible. Do not return an item without contacting us first, as we will provide the correct return instructions and address.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

Cancellations

Every piece is made to order. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order may no longer be cancellable. This does not affect your right to use the 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery.
