Refund policy
All items purchased are final sale, thus we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. However, we will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective (damaged or mislabeled) then your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
